Travel: Trip to Pagsanjan this January One

Let me try something new the start of this year--blogging about my experiences outside Santa Maria. It might seem to contradict the purpose of this site but I hope it would help our kababayans find wholesome thrills near and far. Recommendations and advices contained in an entry similar to this may assist some in making decisions as to which place to visit, food to eat or stuff to buy.

This January 1, Tin and I visited Pagsanjan. We tried eating at Hana, a popular Japanese restaurant. The menu is quite expensive and the choices are various. A meal's price may range from 90-300 Php, and if you are poor eater like me, better bring a partner with you because a single meal may serve two people.

Anchovies were served upon ordering. We had our fill with the great-tasting California Maki and Beef Udon.

We tracked the street going to Calle Arco when we're done eating. We passed through fashion establishments, more restaurants, ancestral residences and the towering arc. It's the first time we had a picture there.

Calle Arco is a stone's throw away from the place we've been. It's an old house which turned out to be a popular dining place. Old furnitures and kitchenwares decorate the surroundings, no wonder why it brings a vintage feel among customers like us. Food is affordable and tasty! :)

I will be blogging about my Holiday experience in Singapore. So, see you guys, thank you for reading and have a purposeful and God-centered 2014!
