5 WAYS TO ENJOY SUMMER IN SANTA MARIA, LAGUNA

1. HIKE
Santa Maria offers surprising trails to explore. You may trek the path to three falls, cross the streams
along Pulong Mindanao, or even climb the boulders in Cueva.

Don't forget to bring your digicam; capture whatever comes your path: an animal, a bird's eye view of  your hometown, towering trees. Have important stuffs with you such as water, food, extra clothes and safety knives.

2. CELEBRATE MARILAG FESTIVAL
MARILAG FESTIVAL is an anticipated event in Santa Maria Laguna where locals  flock in the town proper to celebrate and appreciate the town's harvested crops and other products.

Join us on April 2,3,4 and see how this event unfolds. You may buy kakanins, watch cultural dance contests, peek at featured baranggay products and a lot more!

3. EAT HALU-HALO
Eat halu-halo. The very thing I like about summer is being able to eat this dessert. I wonder why they don't sell it the whole year round. Its mouthwatering ingredients, namely, nata, shaved ice, evaporated milk, yema, leche flan, beans, jackfruit, ube, gulaman, sago, pinipig, beat any food available down the streets.

 4. RESORTS? WE HAVE THOSE!
Clean rivers, falls and even pools can be enjoyed here. We have Tabag at Calangay, Three Falls at Laurel, Yoyong at Pamela, and a pool at Country Mansion and Martin de Porres Reception Place.

5. GO BIKE!
Enjoy the sights as you ride the bicycle alone or with friends. The road going to Bagumbayan     offers the panoramic view of Sierra Madre. Coralan road is between the wide green fields. In Cueva, you'll have the glimpse of the whole town; Saksak road leads to Kamagong.
